Mahima: Wisdom, History and Lifestyle
Mahima is SikhRI’s “programming on demand” option. We will bring a session to your community to address a question, idea, principle, or concern that is particularly relevant to your Sangat’s curiosity or need. Using the structure of “wisdom, history, and lifestyle” the style of exploration of the topic will leave attendees with fresh ideas and a new way of engaging with their questions, long after the afternoon’s session has come to a close. Tell us the target audience and preferred topic, and we will do the rest.
The purpose of Mahima is to empower local Sangats effectively with new ideas and perspectives that may help them make an informed decision on issues that they face on regular basis in their personal or community lives. Through short sessions ranging from a session lasting an hour to two, to a full-day or weekend workshop, Mahima brings information and clarity on a wide range of topics to benefit the audience.
