Liv: Awareness. Reflection. Absorption.
Liv enables participants from around the globe to connect with SikhRI online by attending webinars from the comfort of their home computer. Interactive sessions
cover themes such as Sikh history, gurmat traditions, social activism and human rights.
SikhRI attempts to pay for each Liv with donations and sponsorships, so registration
is free and entire families or groups can attend a webinar together from the same computer.
Presenters established in their fields and passionate about education, carefully
design each session, bringing to bear topics of interest to Sikhs at all ages and
phases of life. Harinder Singh, Inderpreet Singh, IJ Singh, Harpreet Singh, Kulvir
Singh Gill and other members of SikhRI's staff and board present on a monthly
basis. Jasmine Kaur, Harliv Kaur and Inni Kaur also strive to include scheduled webinars
especially for children, parents or educators.
Sessions generally last ninety minutes to two hours, whereas more substantial topics
sometimes stretch over multiple sessions spanning a few weeks. The sessions are
augmented with slides, music and text, keeping participants engaged visually and
intellectually. Afterwards, the recordings are posted to SikhRI's Vimeo page,
where they can be rewatched and shared with others.

How to Register for a Liv Webinar
Signing up for a Liv Webinar is extremely simple – you can register and
view details for all of our upcoming live session, or access pre-recorded sessions by visiting our Events page. The steps below describe how
to register for an upcoming live session.
Live Session
1. You may enter your registration information by clicking on the
"register" link under each Liv Webinar you are interested in attending, or on our Events page if there is one upcoming.
2. Once you’ve successfully registered, you will be emailed the session details.
3. On the day of the session, click on the URL included in the email, and
it will launch the session directly and download any webinar software if
necessary. Alternatively, you can visit join webinar.com and enter
the email address you used to register for the session, along with the Webinar ID,
to join the session. You can find the relevant Liv Webinar on the Events page
Recorded Archive Session
1. To access a archived session, simply go to the Liv Recordings page
or click on the link underneath the relevant Liv Webinar on our Events
page, and the recording will begin streaming.
