Trump. Climate Change. Brexit. Syria. What’s A Sikh To Do About it?
It seems like the world is on fire and getting worse. Leaders out of control. Economic and social inequalities spreading. Human rights being trampled. Morals and principles taking a back seat to profit and power. However the more things change, the more they stay the same. Our Gurus tackled these same challenges head on with their pens, strings and swords. This session will explore how we as Sikhs can develop a relevant and impactful Guru-inspired response to the world’s problems.

Kulvir Singh Gill is a Senior Principal with Clareo Partners, a growth strategy consultancy based in Chicago. Kulvir has been actively involved in the Sikh-Canadian community. He has served in leadership roles with the Sikh Centennial Foundation, Spinning Wheel Film Festival, and Toronto Sikh Youth Retreats. He is a co-founder of Mississauga’s Seva Food Bank and Sikhs Serving Canada. Kulvir also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the William Osler Health System Foundation and is on the board of Habitat For Humanity – Brampton. He is also Board Chair of the Sikh Research Institute, Canada.
